We want you to fall in love with your ScandiSouk treasures – that’s why every care has been taken to accurately show and describe the information and condition of each item.
Most of our pieces are unique vintage finds, use vintage fabrics, are unique handcrafted items, or are in pre-used condition. Signs of wear, repair, use and irregularities should therefore be expected. These imperfections make your piece uniquely beautiful, full of character and add to its story.
However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase or believe the item is not as described, please contact us at contact@scandisouk.com within 48 hours of receiving your order to coordinate the return of your order. item for a full refund. We of course require that the item is returned in the condition in which it was received.
If you receive your rug and it doesn’t quite fit your space, that’s okay. We offer refunds and exchanges if you change your mind. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery to arrange its return.
Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.
DEFECTS
If your new ScandiSouk item has a manufacturing defect, please email contact@scandisouk.com with a description/photos of the defect. If upon examination we find that the item is defective, we will contact you to coordinate the return of the item for a replacement, exchange or full refund.
This does not extend to reasonable and customary items of vintage items and their use.
